Brazil’s culture has been associated with historical gender inequalities, where women are disregarded to be not fit for leadership positions. These can be acknowledged to persist in the modern world (Kapasi et al., 2016). For instance, in senior management of various companies in brazil, women are often the minority group. Women should not be treated unequally at all levels of management, and different levels should be awarded to both gender after meeting the needed minimum qualification. Besides, both men and women should be given a fair opportunity in leadership. Moreover, culture should not be a hindrance to achieving the potential of different leaders.
