Answer preview
The similarities between my performance and my team’s performance are a noticeable improvement from one scenario to another. In scenario one, most of my team members could not convince all the employees in the simulation to support their initiative (“Change Management Simulation: Power and Influence”, 2021). However, this improved in scenario two, where more of my team members convinced an increased number of corporate employees. In scenarios three and four, almost all my team members convinced all the employees to support them. On the other hand, the difference is that some of the team members performed better than others. This difference was noticed by the amount of time different individuals could convince the employees to support the changes they were proposing (“Change Management Simulation: Power and Influence”, 2021). The biggest takeaway from our group discussion was that there was a shared enthusiasm about wanting to practice such a scenario in real life.
