By definition, international division structure is the establishment of an international division to control and supervise the operations of the international activities of a company. By doing this, the company creates a separation between the domestic and international activities. In the case of Unilever, it has many subsidiaries in Europe and each subsidiary operated independently and focused on a different national market.
