Health is one of the most necessities in the world. In any environment that wants to be productive, the population must be operating at optimum health. The same goes for any country that hopes to grow its economy and social standing. None of this can happen without a healthy population. Therefore, the government ought to take every measure possible to ensure the health of its citizens.
