Grief can be termed as the process of adjusting to the absence of a loved one. It a natural feeling everyone goes through after the death of a loved one depending on the emotional connection you had with that person. Regardless of religion, culture, or spiritual beliefs, people experience the presence of their loved ones spiritually for some time after their death. By going through some stages of grief, people get to accept their absence finding peace in their hearts. Most people experience some stages of grief. First is the initial period of denial or shock, especially when the loss was abrupt, the period when someone experiences intense emotional pain after the death of someone. Then there is the prolonged grief where someone continues to experience pain time after the loss.
