I would refer the patient for several nutritional and body activities to lower her body mass index. Some of the dietary action plans include consuming several servings of vegetables and fruits a day, lean protein from fish, poultry, and beans, limited amounts of red meat, moderate wine intake with means, healthy fats from seeds, nuts, and olive oil, and whole-grain bread and cereals. Besides, I will consult the client about intermittent fasting.
