I feel tackling the problem of the supply chain of condoms is the most ethical way to ensure prevention of HIV/AIDS in Africa where it’s rampant. This is because focusing on the availability of condoms does not affect private matters related to health and protects one name from the public domain. Availing condoms is an essential way to control HIV/AIDs because in Africa multiple partners and increasing urbanization increases cases of HIV transmission (Avert, 2019). However such consideration ought to integrate different cultures and their perception of condom availability in the community.
