Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that leads to acquiring AIDS and is traced to have originated in non-human primates in Central and West Africa. HIV attacks and deteriorates the body’s resistant system and lessens its capability to fight infection and diseases, which eventually leads to death, severe emotional and disruptions of families. After nearly thirty years since the identification of HIV, the vaccine still dodges the human beings. Accordingly, ethical issues on the prevention of the disease in the future has been brought to a discussion in the paper, especially in Africa, to reduce the spread and may reduce the number of patients.
