This case study is about a manufacturing firm, Perfect Plastic Incorporated Company, which goes above and beyond to ensure a safe working condition for its workers. The policies implemented by the organization are based on the idea of achieving a safe, efficient, and clean environment in the plant. Also, yearly reviews are conducted by outside auditors to identify any underlying safety issues which are then addressed. It is in spite of the risks they are exposed to in having outside auditors who may file a lawsuit against the company based on the evidence collected (Northouse, 2019)….
