EcoCare recently terminated Arthur Wayne after working as an assistant treasurer at the company for 5 years. During his tenure, Wayne received above-average performance ratings, resulting in Wayne being tasked with administering EcoCare’s car program. However, Wayne was informed by his supervisor, Bell, that the company was not satisfied with his administration of the program due to the numerous employee complaints about his handling of the program.
