It’s not always easy to balance a certain level of relationships within the organization. The human resources also act as an advocate to ensure that all the parties meet the needs that each party has committed over the others. Some leaders don’t efficiently understand the needs of the employees, and at other times the allegations placed by the employees are not holding. Sometimes it is necessary that a critical review to ensure that justice and fairness are upheld. The HR director is in the middle of the conflicts and all personnel must be trained to respond to different situations.
