Human resource management is a key element to the success of any company. This is due to the fact that, success of a company is dependent on the performance of employees. Employees of any company will be a mix of people with different character, values and personalities and it is the role of human resource to ensure that these differences are overcome so that the employees focus on the same goal. Ensuring that the employees are made of the right people and providing an environment that ensures maximum utilization of employee’s capabilities, will result to optimum growth of an organization. In the current organization that I work for, the management of human resource is recommendable. The human resource manager has ensured that, all the factors that lead to creation of a good working environment have been addressed. The department has ensured that, the hired employees have the right values such that they are able to work under minimum supervision. Value addition has been done through training by either sponsoring employees to pursue causes or planning for workshops (Muscalu & Nicoleta, 2013). The organization is therefore one of the best environments for human resource development.
