In any work setting, such an entity’s success depends on its employees’ motivation in all departmental levels, from the managerial position to the cleaning department (Lăzăroiu, 2015). It is essential to acknowledge that every department is instrumental in enhancing an organization’s success because they depend on each other, and effective coordination is what leads to the success in the operations of an organization (Bradler, Dur, Neckermann & Non, 2016). A profit-oriented company may lose sight of employee motivation’s importance and focus more on attaining its set goals and objectives. Such organizations fail to appreciate the fact that it is the employees who interact with the organization’s daily processes (Manso, 2017). The employee is well conversant with the needs of the organization. A group of well-motivated employees will always take the initiative to achieve the organization’s goals as opposed to a group of employees who are not motivated (Bradler et al., 2016).
