Answer preview

The first strategy is to introduce information systems course in business programs. Students need to be conversant with information systems used in various organizations for them to fit in the modern job market. This is because many organizations are using IT in order to be competitive in the market. For example, Walmart Inc. has become the leading retailer in the world because of information systems (Bourgeous, Smith, Wang, & Mortati, 2019). Many other organizations are following the same path through the adoption of information technology. This means that there will be no jobs for people without IT skills in the future. Therefore, familiarizing business students with IT will help to cope with the dominating information technology.
