Take a moment to think about what motivates you. There are internal and external motivators; internal being your own reasons for wanting to improve or accomplish something and external being expectations of others or a reward you may strive to obtain. BEFORE you watch the Ted Talk, write down your thoughts on 2 internal and 2 external motivators that work for you; they could be related to school, work, personal, etc. There are no wrong answers, the idea is to identify how you are best motivated.

Then watch this 20 minute Ted Talk by Dan Pink on the Puzzle of Motivation.
