A healthy behavior change that I would to embrace is to eat more fruits and vegetables.  The stage for the change would be that I will change that behavior. This is because foods high in protein taken consistently are not as healthy as foods such as vegetables and fruits. The stage that I will change the behavior indicates that I am ready to initiate the change. However, I will undergo various stages before the actual permanent change in the food behavior.
