According to Langer (2017), knowledge management refers to an organization’s capability to create new knowledge and disseminate it into its systems and processes or through the services or commodities made. After the creation of knowledge, there is the enhancement of continuous innovation which is done using ideas developed to enhance the sectors of the organization. For instance, let’s say the company has obtained knowledge by collecting and analyzing market trends and customer preferences. The knowledge will be used in the design of customer-centric products and offering their preferred forms of services.
