So far, I believe that my rating has changed from a score of 3 to 4 since previously, I used to eat unhealthy foods that do not have any nutritional value. The significant adjustments I have made are consuming lots of vegetables and fruits since most of my meals were high in starch (Brown, 2018). Additionally, I am monitoring the percentage of proteins I consume. Although I like proteins, mostly the animal type, I have learned that too much of it ends up being stored as fat, which is not healthy. With that said, one crucial nutritional principle that I will never forget is creating awareness by educating people on the importance of having a nutritious diet in their everyday life. The other principle is encouraging people to engage in physical activities.
