In building a culture for a global enterprise, it is crucial that the leadership is involved fully without many delegations of duties. This is because the leadership has a final word in most of the decision whether operational or strategic and therefore most critical aspects of building a reputable culture is within the leadership domain. In Netflix, for instance, the organization’s culture has mostly been cultivated by the leadership itself. The CEO of Netflix is always in the frontline to ensure the company’s culture of Freedom & Responsibility is in control of events and activities of the organization (Fisk, 2017).
