I need book review ( around 10 pages term paper) for the attached book summary. attached are book summery for the book of LEADERSHIP 101 BY JOHNC. MAXWELL , and a sample shows how the work should be,which is an old review for the same book. The required book review has to be totally in different writing style from the sample with keeping same order and same content .

” The term paper or book review will cover some aspect of leadership in organizations.Completed papers should be in 12-point type, double spaced and should consist of not less than 5 or more than 11 pages excluding cover pages, illustrations, and references”

The second chapter of the book is an excellent piece of work that defines how to grow as a leader. Leadership development is a process that takes commitment over time. The book gives a vivid description of the leadership development as an outcome of the daily agenda. There is an acknowledgment that some people are born with special abilities, but leadership ability is a collection of skills that would need to be learned and improved within a given time. Experience, timing, vision, discipline, social skills, and emotional strength are among the ability that the leader would acquire over time.  The growth patterns follow a sequence of four levels. In the first phase of leadership growth the people do not appreciate the value of leadership and think less of themselves as leaders. For the second phase, a person placed in a leadership position with very few followers realize their low leadership capacity and define the need to learn how to lead. The third phase shows a commitment to grow to witness success outcome. In the fourth phase, leadership success becomes almost automatic.
