Reflect on the following aspects of leadership from this week’s readings as components of your paper. You must address all items in the list.

True leaders are those individuals that know who they are and have a strong stand for something. I believe that such leaders have strong values and rules they follow. On this note, leaders such as those in human service management should have a client-centered leadership approach. From what I have learned, I have realized that this is an area that requires strategic management techniques in fostering cohesion in social work. A human service leader in one of the agencies I have volunteered helped me realize the significance of leadership in action which is a powerful approach that promotes strategic management.
