Literature Review of Dynamic Capabilities
Submit the Literature Review of Dynamic Capabilities assignment. In this assignment, you are required to read the article by Barreto on dynamic capabilities from this unit’s studies, if you have not done so already.
In this article, Barreto provides a comprehensive review of the literature on dynamic capabilities. After reading his review, select one area of the dynamic capabilities research and prepare literature review of the topic. Your paper must include a discussion of how dynamic capabilities may influence the leadership approach.

Dynamic capability is the ability of an organization to stand out and outdo the others by using strategic ways that are unique from others. The rise of competition among firms in resources and markets has always brought the idea of dynamic capabilities to help the firms to sustain them in the challenging environment. According to Rowe, Besson & Hemon (2017), the capabilities of an organization can be either internal or external. Internal capabilities are those things that the organization is able to do on its own within it while external capabilities are those that are triggered by external environments. The external environments are always likely to determine the internal capabilities measures.
