Assuming that anyone, in any hierarchical positions, in any organization, can employ management and leadership behaviors and competencies; what differences then exist between management and leadership?

A hierarchical position in a company encompasses the structure in which the company can control its operations and deal with legal issues. It can be made of a board of directors, executive officers, vice presidents, managers, and regular employees (Gardner, Chongwony, & Washington, 2018). Management, in this case, deals with the work the employees are doing and is in charge of them.  Some of the skills they ought to have are leadership skills such as being clear on the roles they assign to their employees and effectively delegating work.
