Sometimes in 2017, I worked in a manufacturing company, as an admin assistant. Everything was running very well until things tilted for a while due to product quality and delivery-time related issue. Our clients started rejecting our products based on the quality standard and production targets went down and delivery of products to clients delayed, this led to ABC losing clients to competitors. Top management exerted so much pressure on the production manager to re-evaluate his management ability and the workforce. The production manager blamed the HR department for recruiting incompetent employees. However, very few new employees had been taken on board by the time things changed. The HR department blamed the production manager for not taking charge of production issues. Therefore, there was a conflict between the HR department and production manager, and so much pressure on the employees. By the time the impasse was resolved, I admitted that conflict has benefits (Rahim, 2017),
