Most product managers in any company rely on three primary pillars of product decision-making to make great products that appeal to and benefit the consumers. These pillars are intuition, customer feedback, and analytics. According to Grant (2021), great and competitive products result from making significant decisions that aim to deliver value to the business and the customers. The three pillars must be balanced for an informed decision to be made. Intuition ensures that the products are sensitive to what customers will view the product and is based on factors such as individual taste and the company’s culture. Making good intuitive decisions results in a significant breakthrough of a product in the market and positively impacts the consumers.
