Answer preview

The national restaurant show is a platform where restaurant owners and chefs meet to share ideas, discover, connect, and gain the tools needed to thrive in the international food industry. Being a restaurant manager, I would attend the show because it’s a unique, forward-thinking experience for restaurant leaders where one gets information and ideas which will help deliver actionable strategies that are critical for business success while aiming at the growth of the business. Most restaurants doing well in the food industry practice updated ways of chef-led demons and off-premises sales (Liu & Tse, 2018). The show is a platform for innovations where one discovers solutions from current problems facing your restaurant, gets the scoop for delicious new ways of cooking and global flavor trends. Also, one gets game-changing equipment and other products that will boost beverage programs in the restaurant. The show will create a link for partnerships where I will get new business partners who are ready to thrive through the industry hence catching up with colleagues to collaborate on ideas.(377words)
