Consider individuals in the organization who would be responsible for addressing the issue or dilemma. Think about how the issue or dilemma could be resolved or could have been prevented.

In conclusion, leaders in non-profit organizations should demonstrate ethical behavior as they execute their roles. Failure to do so prevents these organizations from attracting support from prospective donors (Gino & Margolis, 2011). Hence, the board of members and the executive should push for transparency and responsible, ethical practices to protect the organization’s reputation.
