Nursing interventions

For this assignment, you will need to create a PowerPoint presentation that will provide information on important pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, routes of administration and usual dosing, side effects/adverse reactions, nursing interventions, client teaching, and any other important information (drug levels needed? Antidote for OD? Etc.) for a drug (ex: pregabalin, lithium, atenolol, etc.) or a group of drugs (benzodiazepines, atypical antipsychotics, stimulants, adrenergic agonist, etc.) that has been covered in your assigned reading.

The PowerPoint should be at least 5 slides, but no more than 10—make sure to include a reference slide at the end that lists all references you used to find the information you included in your presentation. Create the PowerPoint as if you plan to share it with fellow nurses during an in-service—make sure to include your slide notes either in the presentation or as a separate document.

Requirements: 5-10 slides
