3. Action plan to address self-assessment capitalizing on strengths and addressing opportunities for improvement.

Submission Instructions:

• The paper is to be clear and concise, and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
• The paper is to be 2 – 3 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page.
• Incorporate a minimum of 2 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
• Journal articles and books should be referenced according to current APA style (the library has a copy of the APA Manual).

Many people often assume that the terminologies “leaders” and “managers” refer to the same thing. Due to this assumption, most of them incorrectly use the two terms interchangeably (Blok et al., 2021). Even though there is some overlap between what leaders and managers do, this assumption and subsequent interchange of the two terms is wrong, considering they denote different concepts (Blok et al., 2021). Typically, leaders are individuals who direct, influence, and guide the conduct of their followers to achieve particular objectives (Yoder-Wise, 2015).
