Answer preview

Proper eating, best exercises, and less stress are the key factors in health determinants for people above 65years of age. Most older adults suffer from weight loss due to a lack of some vitamins due to decreased intake of diets. However, their weight loss might not be easily recognized as it is mainly associated with age due to the reduction of muscle mass (Ackley-Holbrook, Minsoo, & Morgan, 2016). Still, most older adults suffer stress due to lack of company which comes after children grow and they have no many activities going on around them. Proper canceling must be done to older people before being administered to treatment. Elderly patients require good health and nutrition plans due to their inactive nature, poor food consumption, and low appetite leading to loss of weight
