Selection of Program to Research and Answer Five Questions

The program can be: (1) A program you are currently working on; (2)
A program you would like to work on; (3) A program you would like to create
within or outside of your organization; (4) A program that you would like to
learn more about.

After reviewing the article,

In analyzing strategic alignment, you will explain how the program you have
selected strategically aligns with the organization of which it is a part.
If it is a new program that is not part of an existing organization, then
just identify as best you can the sponsors of the program. Then respond to
the following five questions: (1) Who are the sponsor(s) or sponsoring
organization(s) for the program you selected? (2) What are their objectives,
mission and vision for the program? (3) How is the program you selected
strategically aligned with the goals of the sponsor(s) or the sponsoring
organization(s)? (4) What is the program’s business case? (5) Does your
program have a documented economic feasibility study, or does it need to
develop one?

According to Bull, L., Shaw, K., & Baca, C. (2012), the objectives of all programs to be implemented in an organization must align with the overall goals of the organization. The program I wish to put into place is a fitness program for the workforce of my organization. The Program is to include a schedule that will incorporate fitness into the daily routine of the employees from my organization. The program will be developed to incorporate a fully equipped gym within the working vicinity as well as having a gym instructor in place. The gym can be functional for the lunch breaks and after the closure of working hours. The interaction with this facility can then be made mandatory or have some days marked as must attend days within the organization…
