I have several strengths and aspirations that are useful in teamwork. One of my strengths is my ease in delegating tasks. I find it easy to evaluate and trust other people with different tasks and believe that they have the right skills and expertise to complete the task successfully. I also find it easy to put the interests of the group before my ambition. I believe that working together for the good of all members is more fulfilling and has better results than working towards fulfilling personal interests in a group setup. I aspire soon to work in a team that makes positive changes in society through the development of community initiatives and projects.
