Leaders and the styles they use to lead can have a significant impact on the ethical practices of the organization. According to Bradford (2018), Leaders promote ethical practices like honesty and integrity by demonstrating the workplace’s ideal attitudes. I think that employees are keen to follow their leaders’ actions, whether consciously or unconsciously, and will display as much responsibility as they have observed in their leaders. Leadership styles like transformative style create a vision for employees and motivate them in its achievement. As such, using the appropriate leadership style, leaders can guide employees towards an ethically founded vision and encourage them to use their daily activities to fulfill it.
