Outcome 2 – Integrated systems analysis-PBAM: Students will demonstrate a broad foundational knowledge of the many components of management, including marketing, human resources, and project management. Students will design a unified organizational plan to address the integration of all three discipline areas into an effectively operating business.

From a leadership perspective, for the following assignment, you will prepare two deliverables, a detailed written plan and a top line summary in PowerPoint, using previously completed assignments, including:

1) a marketing plan

2) an overall project plan

3) an analysis of human resource practices

Draft a unified plan to integrate these three discipline areas within the organizational structure. This is your written report.

Your comprehensive written analysis must be 8 – 10 pages in length following APA formatting. Your PowerPoint presentation should have 12-15 slides. You are required to support your work with at least 5 authoritative sources.

You may propose an alternative project of your own design that shows attainment of the corresponding course outcome. The mentor must approve the alternative project.
