The concept of professional nursing accountability is based on critical elements, and one of them is clarity. Also, they are required to show commitment in their services through listening and meeting their daily routine goals. A committed nurse professional is highly accountable for any issues or complaints that may arise in their work line. Lastly, nurses must beware of the consequences if they do not commit to their responsibilities. Therefore, to avoid any repercussions, nurses need to be accountable for their actions in healthcare delivery.
