The perception also acts in obstacles for involvement in tasks and problems, which are unclear since I have found these individuals to be extremely cautious (Tsai, 2016). Other team members are developers and are actively engaged in analyzing and critique of ideas. The perception is an obstacle since the individuals are preoccupied with thoughts of perfection and pushing for ideas whose efficacy is questionable to the other team members.
