For this assignment, you can use the use google scholar or other databases as long as you choose a peer-reviewed journal article. You should never pay for an article; choose something else if you cannot get free access.

The First annotated citation will be on the Topic of the “Legal and Ethical Dimensions of the Use of Information.”

Analyze concepts presented in the article and relate them to how you personally dealt with power situations in your past.
