According to your readings, what is the relationship between the unconscious mind and ego defense mechanisms? Why are these relationships important? What are two defense mechanisms that you recognize in someone you know well and that they  use predominantly? Why do you think they use these defense mechanisms?

Some evidence suggests that there is a direct and positive relationship between a firm’s size and its top-level managers’ compensation. Explain what inducement you think that relationship provides to upper-level executives.

Paper needs to be 6-8 pages touching on each topic listed below and how it would relate to aviation.  I have been tested on meteorology multiple times by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through the process of obtaining my private pilots certificate, instrument pilot, commercial, and Airline Transport Certificate (ATP).  The ATP certificate is required to fly commercial aircraft (Delta, United, Southwest, etc.).  I will upload the FAA’s testing standards as evidence along with my ATP certificate as proof.
