In Chapter 5, there is a great discussion about the Differentiation-Low Cost tradeoff.in terms of strategy.  In Capsim, each team will have six basic choices with regard to strategy.  I would like for you to use this discussion board to discuss the importance of the Product Lifecycle focus in conjunction with a low cost strategy.  The overall importance of the life cycle of a product is a critical component of overall strategy.  Participate in this board and you will get a heads-up as to what will be required in the simulation itself.
