Many of the assumptions on which Sun Hydraulics is built seem unusual and perhaps even a bit nutty. Further, as organizations grow and expand – perhaps even globalize – they often become more formal. So what is your reaction/analysis to the overall design, principles, practices, and structure at Sun Hydraulics? Will it be possible to sustain Sun without making fundamental changes in its design? What would you foresee to be the main facilitators and inhibitors of its ability to grow and be sustained?
