Writing is largely an iterative process that improves with practice. You have done a great deal of writing and revising in this course. You have also read Timothy Flood’s Business Writing in its entirety, read much of Edmond Weiss’s Elements of International English Style, and listened to several video clips from Evan Thomas.

Ethics are fundamental to any profession. In this Discussion, you will explore one of the greatest ethical dilemmas faced in behavior analysis—the use of aversives in the treatment of children engaging in self-injurious behavior (SIB). While there is research to support the efficacy of aversive treatment with some children with SIBs, some states outlaw their use, and many question whether it is ever an ethical approach.

All nine questions must be answered using 150-250 words for each question. Explain, discuss and support for each of the questions below. Outside academic resources are strongly encouraged, particularly for questions CSR 4 and Ethics 3.
