Imagine that you work for a company with an age diverse workforce. You have baby boomers working with millenials. Their backgrounds are different, and how they view work is different. This is causing some friction within the workforce. Before the tension escalates, you need to have a meeting to discuss the issue. Prepare a five to seven (5-7) slide PowerPoint presentation for your staff meeting that addresses this issue and proposes a solution.

In Chapter 4 of Action Research: A Guide for the Teacher Researcher, Mills (2014) shares that “ the strength of educational research lies in its triangulation, collecting information in many ways rather than relying solely on one” (p. 104).

Briefly describe the population from which data will be collected from during future implementation of the action research study. View the Belmont Report, Ethical Principles and Guidelines for the Protection of Human Subjects of Research. Then watch the following videos*:

This week you will write a 2 page minimum (not including the reference page), single spaced, formal outlineof your paper. Your outline should include at least three levels of subordination (main ideas, sub-topics, details) as well as include direct quotes (in quotation marks) followed by in-text citations from each source integrated into the outline. The APA reference page should also be included as the last page of the outline. You may also include indirect quotes (paraphrases) from each of your sources, but remember to also follow them with an APA in-text citation.
