Answer preview
On today’s meetings, I almost always enjoy the meetings that I attend. My feelings on current meetings have always been encouraging. Being a manager I stand as the middlemen between the company’s directors and my juniors. A feeling of encouragement and satisfaction comes my way when all parties in a meeting agree to pursue the right thing for the wellbeing of all. However, when the conclusion of the meeting leans in favor of one party, dissatisfaction clocks in and quick decisions are needed.
If you were writing guidelines about how to facilitate a meeting, what would they be?
According to Barring (2018), for a simple but effective meeting to take place, a written agenda should be addressed to the participants. Also, attached to this should be a list of attendees.
