Personality is an integral component for a person’s success in a particular career because it determines whether that individual can cope with that profession’s demands. Therefore, understanding one’s personality is a crucial indicator of one’s success prospects in a job that interests them. As an individual, one may sum up my personality type as ESFJ-A. This acronym represents a consul personality and exhibits four main traits: extraversion, observation, feeling, and judging. ESFJ-A’s personality reflects a more assertive version of consuls, which is essential because interior designers must have a clear idea of what they want to do. This personality type inclines a person to address the more immediate future. This is conducive to the nature of an interior designer’s work because one’s professional life entails generating new ideas for each project.
