Answer preview

Communication entails the act of transferring and receiving information. It can either be verbal, nonverbal, written, listening, or visual communication. Effective communication is an important life skill and enables one to pass information and understand what is said. It is hence essential that there is communication management. Communication management entails keeping everyone within the organization aware and within the loop. All channels of communication inside and between organizations are planned, implemented, monitored, and revised systematically. The communications planning process entails determining the types of information to deliver, who will receive it, how the managers communicate it, and when it’ll be sent. It is critical to ensure that everyone gets the appropriate message in the proper time.
