Answer previewproject management. in most cases, project managers tend to pay much of their attention to long-term risk and lose their focus on short-term risks. In this case, Mr. Hill failed to identify and manage risks correctly to aid project continuity. For instance, the general constructor failed to foresee changes in subject and workforce. In this case, the general contractor is experiencing a backdrop from subcontractors who turn out to be unreliable, scheduling conflicts, financing challenges, and employee turnover. Therefore, the project manager needs to understand that any minor issue can derail the whole project, thus increasing the entire project’s cost (Iqbal, Choudhry, Holschemacher, Ali, & Tamošaitienė, 2015). Therefore, opt to have projected changes in the workforces and cost overruns and create a contingency plan.
