The mission of the MIT Sloan School of Management is to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world and to generate ideas that advance management practice. 2. Communicate your contribution: think about one or two ways that i can contribute to the community. what initiative and how i will do in this club, how creative and support to diversity. (I have attached my story and my resume for your reference).thinking about I am from China, second biggest economic country, my work experiences, and my two own businesses.

I am fortunate to have worked with people from diverse cultures despite having tough beginnings in getting jobs. I have learned the importance of building good relationships with individuals from different backgrounds, and this is something that I believe the MIT Sloan School of Management should encourage. According to Milem et al.
