Your paper must be supported by a minimum of 3 peer-reviewed references.
Everything is going good as it can be. For this assignment I have to do an “interview” with someone in my state which is Schenectady New York. It is just like the same paper that was done last week where i had to do an interview for a non-profit organization in my area. You obviously do not have to do the interview but it has to be from my area if that helps. I have the link to the library if you would like it to find articles, and the textbook, the Rainey book is chapter 3 this week, hope this all helps. Thanks again enjoy working with you.

From the interview, public organizations provide specific and free services. The school district superintendent is responsible for ensuring public schools provide quality and free education to all students. The example from the interview of a school district shows the essential roles that public organizations play in society. According to Rainey (2009), the majority of public organizations are funded by taxpayers and therefore offer their services for free. Provision of services that are not subject to market forces since they are free often leads to low-quality services. Sometimes, the quality of education that students receive in public school systems is lower than that of students in private schools. Minimal accountability reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of public school systems and, hence, affects the quality of education (Heyneman, 2013). This is the case for many public organizations in the country. According to Khan & Khandaker (2016), the different goals of private and public organizations influence their delivery of services. Whereas public organizations focus on solving specific issues in society, private one’s target profits and will, therefore, invest in the infrastructure to get the profits.
