Answer preview

Over time, the sphere of influence advanced into an international liberation order. The international liberal order had specifications for which countries could conduct international relations. The main aim was to promote international cooperation by adhering to share guidelines by multilateral institutions, security cooperation, and liberal democracy. The order grew as the growing need to maintain peace and stability worldwide grew in many allied nations. Following the second world war was the cold war between communist and capitalist countries. The order was meant to create universal cooperation that would promote human dignity and result in more unity, peace, and progress than war. As the US increased its influence, it became easier to promote capitalist ideologies, which facilitated a smooth transition from the sphere of influence into the liberal international order. The allied nations and the US were the pioneers of the liberal international order, which other capitalist countries followed.
