(a)Should people be entitled to these rights? Explain why “yes,” or why “no.”

People should be entitled to these rights. When people are entitled to these rights it will allow for equal distribution of resources reducing the racial divisions in the US which have lasted significantly longer.  When a nation is committed to individual citizen’s rights there is an improvement in the political structure as economically strengthened individuals have the capacity to proper decision making. By giving people economic rights there will be a notable improvement in their welfare which motivates individual and enhances proper utilization of the resources.
